Best Dormitory Project In TRNC ALFAM VISTA

The 5th TRNC PROPERTY AWARDS CEREMONY took place at the Kyrenia Cratos Premium Hotel on the 19 November 2016. The best in the Property and Construction sector was awarded in different categories in the event.

Situated in the Eastern Mediterranean University Campus Alfam Vista Student Dormitory, was awarded the Platinum Award in the Best Dormitory Project. Located in a central location within the EMU Campus and Built by Döveç Construction in a short period of time, Alfam, with its structure and room specifications, has shown a major difference in comparison with other dormitories. By coming forward with its student based service concept and innovative nature Alfam Dormitories has raised the standards in its field.

The outlets inside the Alfam Vista Student Complex such as Sports Center, market, restaurant, cafe and Stationery Shop provide just some of the extra-curricular activities for students. The amenities inside the rooms include 2MB unlimited internet, balcony in each room, Full HD TV, aspirator, cooker, kettle, microwave, hair dryer and reading lamp.
